Has anyone discussed into detail the legality of being in the Military living overseas and hosting on airbnb??

I don't see any problem with Airbnb...

The only problem I see is keeping up with responses and requests while on duty…
Also you will need to have somebody to handle keys, maintenance, guest comfort and cleaning…

I would leave all this responsibility to a trustworthy family member or friend, if you have around your listing a management agency is also a great option…
