Lower price for smaller groups

 Hello everbody.

I would like to ask if I can set up a lower price for small groups and a higher price for big groups. Is this option available. I don't want to wait for a guest to send a request asking for special offer. I want small groups to see the discounted price from the first results screen just like when they get the weekly or monthly discounts from the first screen.

Hello @Hafez0,

You can set an extra people charge. Your listings can accommodate 7 people. If a small group is 2 people then you can set an extra charge for each person after 2.

So if your nightly charge is €83 and your extra person charge is €10 after 2 then 2 people can stay for €83 but the charge for 5 would be €113.

Click on "Host" and then on "Listings". Then click on the listing photo.

Then click on "Pricing" and scroll down and click on the "Edit" button for the "Extra charges" section.

Enter a charge in the "Extra guests" box and set the number you want in the "For each guest after" box.

Then click on "Save".

You'll have to do this for each listing.
