@John63 Yikes! That's not good!  What kind of device are you using?  Apps are notoriously glitchy and sometimes don't function very well.  I've seen advice given by @airbnbhelp on twitter to uninstall and reinstall apps and / or clearing the cache (refreshing the app).  Because of this I only use my phone for notifications and do all my hosting business on a laptop using Google Chrome which seems to be the most reliable operating system for Airbnb.  

If you have persisten problems, try contacting Airbnb for their expert advice.  Best way is through twitter.
