Does anyone know how to get an AirBnB representative to contact you about a Resolution ticket?
I heard from "JIM" once during the process but he's ignored my messages the past few days. I have a renter who is willing to pay me for the damages that he did to my house and he's trying to pay me but can't get the AirBnB representative to contact him.
I can't get anyone to respond to my emails but they've just ignored me - any tips?
You could give him the phone number for Airbnb in your area. At the bottom of your listing, click on "Help" and the next page choose "Contact". You will see a tab that says "Urgent" and that will provide the phone number for your local AirBNB contact. They should be able to help the guest out there.
