Needing advice/onformation around longer term stays

Hi all,

We've had an enquiry from a guest looking to stay 26 nights, we have only recently changed from 14 being our max. So my question is this Does the payout work the same way ie we're paid out the full amount for the 25 nights 24 hours AFTER they check in or is it broken down?

Also should I advise that it may be cheaper for them to book for another two nights?

Hi, yes, 26 days - you will receive full payment 24 hours after check in.

If you have longer bookings - lets say, 48 days - you get paid 30 days on the day after check in, and 18 days on the 30th day of their stay.

I would not advise about booking extra 2 days, but up to you 🙂
