No Profile Picture but booking was confirmed?!

Our hosting bookings are set to Airbnb's recommended settings i.e. requiring a profile pic, phone and email.

I've just had a booking confimed BUT the guest has not profile pic... What's that about?

While looking at your listing, I noticed no charge for extra people, a license to group chaos. Addedly, a whopping $1962 security deposit on a unit base price of $314 per night, may make many potential guests very nervous.
