No news from my guest

My guest is supposed to arrive today. I sent him a few messages but got no news from him. 

What can I do?

@Hugo172 go into "Your reservations"  and you will find the guests phone number, if you still can't contact them you have to wait until they turn up.

Already did that and tried to call but no answer

@Hugo172 you can ask customer service to contact the guest to make sure they are still coming, but if they don't answer you, they probably won't answer C/S.

Thank you Jeff for your help. Last question, what happens to the transaction and money involved if they simply don't show up?

A no-show ? Business as usual - but no guests and no work.

If they are supposed to arrive to day, they may be in transit somewhere in the air with no phone connection and no wifi.  If you have their flight details and know when they are expected to land, you can look up the airport page and check if the flight is on time. When they have disembarked and have taken their phones off flight mode, they will probably get your messages.  

My guess is that they will arrive in a taxi sometime today.
