Not receiving my guest's reservation requests / messages

People tell me they sent me messages/ reservation requests, but I don't receive them. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there anything I can do to change this?

I'm new to this - but I see that stats page from a couple of days ago said I had a reservation request - but nothing received in my Inbox.

I have just had the same thing happen ...what is going on ???

I am new to AirBnB, I have received  two requests for bookings on an "already booked" weekend.  I have blocked the dates on my calendar.  I am not receiving the inquiries/reservations on AirBnB, only  through my email.  As the "reservations " aare not on AirBnB, I can't decline the reservation as already booked!  What is going on?

I see this is an older thread bu I have just experienced a similar thing.  I did not recieve any notification via email or on phone app that a reservation request was pending.  It did not show on the stats page or dashboard.  I was responding to another request today and noticed the earlier 'cancelled' request.

Did anyone ever work out a solution to this - other than checking every possible place a request notice could be located every day?

Sounds like it's a technical hitch. I would suggest you call or use Twitter to contact Airbnb.

I am having this same problem on a new listing we just added. I received the first request fine but then a friend tried to book and I didnt receive anything.
