good evening everybody.

I've a house with b&b. The price suggested by airb&b is for a person, for a room (with two beds) or for all house? According to me it's not clear. Thanks

Hello @Paola-and-Fabio0. Don't rely on Airbnb's prompts and suggestions. Study your competitors around your listing in real life.

Hello @Paola-and-Fabio0 ,

Your listing says 2 rooms. So the suggested price is not for the whole house.

Your price setting is the same for 1 to 4 guest and for both rooms.

But what if 2 persons book ? Do they have two rooms ? because no one else can book the other room  (calender is blocked for both rooms)

So if you create a listing for each room, then you can rent them seperately. The price is then per room, or if you decide to set the price for the first guest, and charge extra (the same amount) for the second person (it's a setting in your listing), then it's the price per person.

And i agree on what @Marzena4 says, do not rely on Airbnb suggestions.

Best regards, Emiel

Thanks a lot Emiel, The house I rent has two rooms at 50 euros each. The whole house is 100 euros. How can I split the calendar into two rooms? If a guest books a room, is it possible to see from the calendar that the other is free? thank you very much
