Primary guest is no longer coming- Can their party stay without them?

My guest has advised they can no longer make it however their party of three are still coming - does this affect the host guarantee? I only feel comfortable hosting guests with good reviews and now that guests is not coming. Should I ask the guest to cancel and their group to rebook?

As far as I remember, @Sophie525, if all the people are invited to the group it is possible to make any other of them "the leader." Just can't remember if such a setting is available for guests manually or they need to contact the support to get it done.
