Problems With AIRBNB Case Managers Not Responding

Has anyone had problems trying to get in contact with a case manager assigned to a case?   We had a guest which required us to contact AIRBNB.  We were assigned a case manager who refused to respond to our emails.  Phone calls to AIRBNB's emergency line don;t work since once a case manager is assigned, that person has to deal with the case.   We can't contact that person;r supervisor since they won't give us the information.    No one from AIRBNB will respond.   Any suggestions on how to bypass tghis ridiculous system and get action?   Very frustrated.
