Rescheduling photography

In August 2015 my request for professional photography was approved. Unfortunately the assigned photographer and I could not find a date of mutual convenience. Subsequently I've reached out to the photographer directly. He's happy to come shoot my listing, but he says he needs a new "ticket" (or whatever the right term in Airbnb vernacular may be). In other words, somebody associated with Airbnb needs to "reapprove" or "reopen" the request. 

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
