Review Guide Upon Cleaning Checklist

Reviewing guests can be challenging without a checklist, especially if you have several rentals and/or cleaning personnel. So I’ve developed a checklist which makes it easy for your cleaning personnel to assist with cleanliness, house rules, and damaged items claims. This is only a guide so modifications can be made according to host needs and the type of rental or preferences allowing pets or smoking. This checklist can be sent to the host immediately after cleaning is completed, and kept in a file, pics as well. If there is ever a need to re-address a certain reservation, it can easily be searched an looked up by the date. This also helps hosts provide a fair, honest, and clear review and explanation if/when anything should arise.
