How do I submit a review for a guest?

You will get an email link after they leave to submit a review - sometimes that link arrives within a few hours, other times it can take up to a day or two.

You can look for the review option on the Airbnb website, too.  GO to the Airbnb site,then click on your photo in upper right corner, and when you see the dropdown menu, click on "edit profile." THen once you get there, click on "reviews" on the menu on the left side of that page.  THen click on "reviews by me" on the top bar of that page.  This takes you to all reviews that you have yet to do, which are available to do.  THey become available to do the morning that the guest checks out.

There does seem as though there are numerous delays in key functions within the AirBnB site.  We had our first guest check out yesterday at 11am, and have yet to be able to leave a review about them.  I also haven't received an email with that option to do so yet.

The dashboard report of listing views is clearly delayed and presents erratic data.  It would be very helpful in our marketing efforts if it was reliable.

Other than that, we love AirBnB!!!
