Reviews on potential guests not visible

I've received a booking request from a guest that has been reviewed but the feedback isn't visible on their profile. Does anyone know why this is? This is the second time I've encountered this. I find it a bit odd

Are you looking on your phone, @Miguel20, or on your laptop? With a phone it is sometimes a problem.

possibly the review is not yet visible because the 14 days are not up and one has not reviewed the other.

It happens when the guest is traveling around and there hasn't been enough time between their last stay for the review to post.

Good point. I have noticed that some things are not visible on my phone but are on my laptop. I checked both just to be sure and didn't find informaton on either. Thank you for the quick response and for bringing that up.
