Hello Everyone,

I am new to the group.  A friend of mine is always talking you guys up with his travels and how uses AirBnB.

I'm a real estate investor that often stumbles across homes that would make great AirBnB's.  Most of the time the homes are distressed and need to be rehabbed.  Right now, I have this awesome 2 story 1920 hisorical home that is just on the edge of downtown San Antonio that is over 3500 square feet.  The home was once a fourplex.

Anyhow, I'm wondering if this conversation is allowed and if anyone would be interested in learning about this property as a potential investment opportunity as an AirBnB host site.  If so, I'd be happy to speak to anyone offline about the potential site.
