Seeking information on hosting experiences with overnight accommodations, any advice welcome!

I currently host an Airbnb accommodation. I am interested in incorporating experiences to include overnight stay as part of the experience. How is liabilty covered for this type of experience? If listed as an experience, do house rules still apply? Would also like to include transportation but had read that transpostation liabilty is not covered?

Any and all advice welcome!

@Cherie23 - all Experiences need to be approved by Airbnb and are currently available only in a few cities.    https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1581/what-are-experiences

Here is the criteria for setting up an experience: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1554/who-can-host-an-experience

and the quality standards: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1451/what-are-the-quality-standards-for-experiences

While I am not 100% sure, the liability coverage from Airbnb would be essentially the same as hosting but read the fine print: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/937/what-is-host-protection-insurance

That means you would need to have the appropriate insurance for your "experience business" and that would include transportation.  You should contact whomever is providing the transportation to ensure that they are covered in case of an accident and carry a rider on your own policy.
