Trying to change a unlisted to a listed, wont let me

i have 2 listing up and 1 unlisted. i want to change unlisted to listed but it wont let me and keeps resorting back to unlisted, why?

@Herbert122   I have the same problem.  I get the message"Your minimum stay must be above the short-term stay threshold to comply with local regulations."   I have a permit for a sort term rental.  It is the same as my sales tax number in the lsiting.  I rfeported this more than a month ago, but nothing happens.  How do I get this fixed?  How do I contact someone???
