Unable to access keys after guest stay

I had a couple guests stay at my place over a weekend that we were not home. When we got back and were able to check the lockbox we were unable to open it and it sounds like the keys are missing. It was over 48 hours by the time we came back so I can't charge my security deposit. I messaged my guests and they are not answering. I'm not sure what to do in this situation. Any suggestions?

Hi, @Kymberlee0! I would like to help you, but I don't know what to do too! Have you tried to contact airbnb? They'll probably suggest you something or maybe help you to contact the guests and having your deposit! I was trying to find their phone number for you and I found this: "For urgent help, please visit www.airbnb.com/contact or call 1-855-4-AIRBNB (1-855-424-7262)."
