Verification Reservation Requirement

I have my listing set up so that guests do not have to be verified but when they try to book it is requing that they are verified. This is proving frustrating for potential guests and it is causing me to lose bookings. Has anyone else experienced this?

yes I am finding this extremely annoying.

I do not have the box checked asking for verification and potential guests are being harrassed to provide i.  it does n't even work as there is a clitch in their software and the person just gets stuck
