What do you do when guest bring more people than the house limit?  Can I contact Airbnb and charge the guest an extra fee.

It can be easily resolved if dealt properly… But it can be a nightmare as well if things don’t goes as planned…

Your listing is for 5 and there’s no additional charge for extra people…

If the guest brings more than 5 you can deny the extra guests all together, this is not too polite but also not polite from your guest to bring more people without asking first..

The best way is to use the resolution center to an amicable resolution with your guest (charge more $$) or if it fails you can escalate from there to Airbnb support…

For extra $$ you will need to open a case on the resolution center anyway...
