What does AirBNB send to IRS and self-reporting?

I was not issued a 1099 from AirBNB.  Do I self-report the taxes and/or has AirBNB sent my information to the IRS?  I read that they are required by law to collect my tax payer info, but apparently, I didn't meet the threshold for them to issue me a 1099 but I did have more than 14 days of reservations.

Any thoughts?

@Dallas0 Looks like many of us will be self reporting our income from Airbnb rentals.  But be careful , the fact that you didn't receive a 1099K doesn't mean you don't have to report.  Remember, if you are audited, Airbnb has a record of your earnings.  🙂
