When a listing goes live and is nowhere to be found

Airbnb was in touch this week to say my listing was live. When I search for it on my laptop or iPad, there it is really close to the top. But when I used another computer in another location it was nowhere to be found. I went through every single listing in my town and it wasn't there! The same thing happened when I asked a friend abroad to do a search. Any idea what's happening?

Hi @Gordon3 Wow! Looks like everyone and their brother has listed a flat in Brighton...you are in a very competitive market with probably 1000's of listings.   I did a search with a price filter of $93 USD to $123 USD and your listing came up on page 2.   You need to remember that guests usually filter their searches by location, price , number of guests and amenities...they don't slog through 300 listings.  So you are in good shape and rest assured that your listing is showing up!
