Will A Deactivated Listing Be Counted During SuperHost Evaluation Period?

The reason I ask this question is because I want to start an Airbnb Property Management Company. In my Terms of Service document I will allow property owners to cancel working with me after a 3 month trial period. I am worried that if one of my clients decides to cancel, I will need to delete the bookings that person has for their listing since Airbnb allows guests to book 3 months in advance, thus I will need to cancel bookings and therefore lose my superhost status. The only way I can think of to get around this is to allow my clients (property owners) to cancel our working relationship in three months after giving notice.

Any ideas?

This is why I am wondering that maybe I can just cancel the bookings and then deactivate the listing and this will not go towarss my superhost status. I'd appreciate any help or insight with this. Thanks
