can I speak to a person at Airbnb, I have an unusual situation or at least I think it is

I had an enquiry from a guest who had also made a request on another website, I was asked to hold the Airbnb option until a little later. The result is no further action from 'guest' on either website and now my response rate has been quite significantly and negatively affected. Is there anyone I can phone who can adjust this for me?  Very frustrated as I went out of my way to accommodate the visitor.

Yes. You find the phone number on any of your booking confirmations.

@Jacquie @ Majella Garden Did you receive an inquiry or reservation request from this guest?  If a reservation request, you have to accept or decline in the 24 hour window.  If the guest wasn't prepared to go through with the reservation, for whatever reason, you should have asked her to cancel it until she knew what she wanted to do.  Leaving a reservation request open without accepting or declining, or the guest cancelling the request, will definitely hurt your response rating.
