@Jacquie @ Majella Garden Did you receive an inquiry or reservation request from this guest? If a reservation request, you have to accept or decline in the 24 hour window. If the guest wasn't prepared to go through with the reservation, for whatever reason, you should have asked her to cancel it until she knew what she wanted to do. Leaving a reservation request open without accepting or declining, or the guest cancelling the request, will definitely hurt your response rating.
