anyone else dealing with airbnb claiming they have received double or triple payments? they claim i received 3 mtcn western union payouts when i was sent at my time and expense to claim...the mtcn numbers weren't even registered or legitimate...yet airbnb still holding my account and preparing to deduct theses unreceived amounts from my current payouts. ive spent 2 weeks communicating with their horrid customer care. everything is in payout dept and no one can cal or contact this dept, how convenient! LOL did they forget that they only have a business because of our properties? what gives them the right to hold back our money? im tired of their ruthless uncaring upper hand....reporting this fraud to western union too as every time i am going to collect on bogus numbers they give me and it makes me look suspicious
Once I had a double refund deducted for the same account it took me 5 or 6 calls to get it resolved before i was transferred to a specialized department that listened to me and was able to refund me back the double cancellation. So stay with it and send them as much info as possible. Also remember that payments sent on the same day are all grouped together . so it may be 1 payment on Western union but they could all be grouped.
thanks i have to keep at it....2 weeks and over 100 us in phone calls as they dont have toll free numbers for us to call them. im no longer going to host with them.
