Hello
I am preparing my taxes for 2017. I run a four room Air BnB out of my primary residence. My accountant has stated that the amount of common expense deductions for things like property taxes, utilities, etc is directly related to my occupancy rate.
Since I have four rooms, only one room needs to be occupied per night for it to count as occupied.
Is there a report or something that comes out of AirBnB that will indicate which nights in 2017 had occupants? Even if I can get it on a room by room basis, that would be better than having to go through and manually check all my reservations...what a chore that would be!
Thanks!
Karen
