naples, fl listing

I am a new host with a listing in Naples, fl.  I was wondering if anyone that has a listing in naples, fl could tell me where your guests come from, is it mainly other parts of florida, is it mostly people up north?  Any specific locations would be helpful so I can network within those areas to get the word out about my listing.  Thank you.

I have a listing in Bradenton, not Naples. However, just to give some perspective my guests come from all over. International, across the US, and sometimes someone from FL visiting family or doing a staycation. 

I wouldn't worry about networking your listing. Just price competitively. I priced lower the first month or two my listing went live to get people in and gain some reviews. Once you have reviews, you will see the bookings increase. You did pick a great time of year to start. With snowbird season coming up you're sure to get booked easily!
