property identity theft

Good day to all, 

I am hosting a property in AIRBNB and recently a friend of mine sent me a link (again in AIRBNB) where my property is listed under a differet owner. Already there is a comment by a potential renter that "the owner declined 11 days before the due date"  or

something similar.

I tried hard to find means to communicate with AIRBNB through the site, however the only email i found was "terms@airbnb.com"

where i sent an email on 26 Sept.

I have not received a reply so far.

Has any other host suffered from similar "property identity theft"?

They are in violation of the Content Terms.  Flag the listing and flag the host who has appropriated with your photos.  Change the password on your account.  Then Contact Airbnb.
