"New" booking calendar is deceptive!

OK.  I just hung up from "customer service".  I called to ask why the booking calendar (for guests) is showing dates which are either already booked, or closed, as available dates.  The answer is the most  absurd thing I've heard in a long time.  The calendar now reflects not only dates available for booking, but also dates available for "check out".  What on earth were you thinking??  Who needs to see dates which are available for check out.  If a date is available to book, then the next day is clearly available for checkout.  This calendar is deceptive!!  You will lose guests in frustration. NO booking site ANYWHERE (public or private) has a calendar that shows dates  available for booking and dates available for checkout exactly the same.  Why on earth would you do this??  IF you insist on this absurdity you could at least color code, or differentiate the dates in some way.  You are setting yourself up for HUGE problems.  And setting us hosts up for loss of bookings and/or very frustrated guests.  PLEASE RETURN THE CALENDAR TO HOW IT WAS.

No. My  calendar on my laptop on guest setting does not clearly show which dates can and can not be booked.  It shows open booking dates and open "check out dates"  exactly the same.  If the two different dates were differentiated, perhaps color coded it might work. OR if the "available for check out" dates only show AFTER you click on a check in date (check out days not visible until then. As it stands now, my October calendar shows 4 different dates as available for booking which are either already booked or are closed. I see that some of you are seeing my booking  calendar differently (correctly), but not here on my laptop.  

 

Yes, and I can clearly read that the date says "Only available for check out." So it's not confusing for me.
