I had a guest last weekend and wanted to refund them £40. I made an offer via the website on the page that is normally used to make offers before people stay; the offer effectively reduced the price by £40. They 'accepted'. But they'd already paid me the full amount for the stay. So will the £40 be paid to them and come out of my next guest payment? Or will it not work? Will I have to 'send a payment' I don't want to pay twice! Thanks to anyone who can help.

I did that recently and it came out of my next payment.

I had already received the guest payment, I refunded them €25. it was deducted by Airbnb from my next payment.
