response rate

Hi, my response rate won't seem to work.

I've had 5 requests over the last two days, and I've answered everyone of them within 1 hour - but my response rate is 0% ...I don't get it. Can anyone help??

I believe it takes 3 days for all stats to update. When I first started I noticed the same thing. I remember reading something about three days back then.

You would need to accept or decline or send an offer within the time frame given.  Replying to messages only does not count.  Also, if you fail to accept/decline a booking request within the time frame, the dates will be blocked on your calendar.

what of when the booking comes and when I try to pre-approve it's as if there is no booking at all. what am I doing wrong this has been happeningsince yesterday. I am the reminders that I should respond to the booking but when I want to pre-approve there are 0 messages.

I have accepted all requests, so this shouldn't be the issue. But thanks 🙂

Then I suppose it must be delayed stats as mentioned above.

I am a new host - it took about 10 days for my response rate to show up.  When it did, it was 100% - I don't know if the thing that made it show up was me responding to a certain # of requests, or if it is a matter of how many days.  But I responded to a request on my first day, and nothing happened with my response rate until about day 10.

Having the same issue. Had 100% response rate a couple days ago, now 0%, with 0 of 0 responses made within 24 hours.

I had the same issue.  Was 100% now down to -0-
