what denomination for my type of housing is the right one : Guest Apartment / Apartment ?

Hi everyone, 

I can't figure out what would be the ost appropriate way to call our housing opportunity for rental : it is situated on the Second froor of our family house, withoult having an  independent access (one must walk through our house to enter the 2nd floor). However, the appartment is independent itself : it has a room, a bathroom and a living space with kitchen. 

Should it be called a guest appartment or is the denomination of "appartment" ok if specifying in the description the fact that is is part of a family house w/o independent access?

@Majka0 Since it doesn't have a private entrance, I would call it a "guest suite." It might be misleading to call it an apartment or guest apartment as that implies a separate entrance.
