You can find a local phone number on any reservation confirmation.   Also, look in the search field for "airbnb contact" as there have been various posts about this, and they'll come up if you use the search function.

I still can not find the phone number for airbnb. Why is this so difficult to contact a person by phone?

Good to meet you, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. I just wanted to check if you have visited the contact page in the Airbnb Help Center, also I would recommend if you type in 'contact' into the Community Center Search Bar (found at the top of every Community Center page) you will see a list of threads that will hopefully be helpful.
