when do i get my deposit back

Client message me about information when they receive their security deposit back.

It's been a month since they left and there were no issues... how do they contact AIRBNB? (Seems Impossible?)

@Kurt11 Security deposits are not charged to the guest unless the host makes a claim for damages, etc.  Since your guest was never charged, there is nothing to refund or pay back.
