Air cover & Insurance

Hi All, I read that Airbnb provides $1mil in liability coverage for hosts through air cover.  Is this something that we need to sign up for or is it something we already have as an Airbnb host? 

No luck finding an answer on this in the Airbnb resources. Thanks in advance!

@Makenzie9 you get it automatically but I wouldn't rely on it.

@Makenzie9  As @Mike-And-Jane0 @said, it is automatic.  However, it is not insurance that replaces your own insurance policy, and is difficult to collect from when you have experienced damage.  Contact your insurance company or a broker and obtain proper insurance before renting via AirBnB.
