@Vee274 You're a Superhost and already have a few reviews for this listing and seem to be doing very well with the ratings, so I'm not sure if you really need much advice.
I would just say that some of your photos, while not bad photos themselves, look a bit low resolution and therefore blurry, especially some of the surrounding amenities. Also, did you take all the photos of the photos yourself or did you download some of them online? If the latter, be careful because you may be breaching copyright laws.
Your house rules look fine except that you tell guests to respect the place like it was theirs. I'm afraid that is a bit vague and, unfortunately, some people treat their own homes as pig sties, so I would maybe be a bit more specific about what you mean by that. I also write that guests will be charged for damages.
