How to attract more people

Hi, I am new to hosting. As a newbie, I think I have started off really well. But I'm getting a little worried that I'm not solidly booked. And so far it seems my clients who have booked, only want the weekends. How can I get guests to book during the week?

@Nicey0 concentrate on the weekends if thats all you are getting . Make sure that you have a minimum of two or even three days and make the price slightly higher for Friday Sat Sun and Mon. Offer a special rate for Monday to Thursday checkin as workers will often look for these days or add 'Airbnb for work' if you are set up for it . Always have extra guest fees and a cleaning fee and maximise your bookings that you know are already working for you . H

You describe you location as "Retired/ military, suburban neighborhood". So, what would bring people there during the week?

If you are looking to attract people who come for work, you need to do your research and figure that out. Are there businesses, hospitals, meeting/conference venues, short courses, or anything else nearby that might bring in people during the week? If so, you might need to do some direct marketing, e.g. by contacting those businesses/institutions and seeing if they have people looking for short term accommodation.

We would all like to be Solidly booked, joking

Personally I would not use a bedroom photo as your lead photo, you need better photo's and make sure you put a description on every photo.

Also I dont think putting your name in the title works, be more creative,

"Spacious home to stay while visiting beautiful Colorado."

I changed your wording a little bit,

While visiting beautiful Colorado, stay in this peaceful, well-kept, and spacious home. Ideally located off of Powers on Peterson and Dublin.

It is close to Peterson AFB, 26 minutes from the Air Force Academy, and a 7-Eleven is within walking distance.

The basement has two guest bedrooms, a beautiful bar, a pool/game table, and a 75-inch TV with wifi and Netflix access.

Covered patio to enjoy our spectacular sunsets and an office on the main level if needed.
