I think you need a lot more photo's also from the outside, you say direct access to the pool but no photo's, I didn't know you got snow in Egypt? best you check that.

You can send a check-up message to your guests during their stay. The purpose of this is to see how your guests are doing and if they have all they need. In that way, guests will feel that you really care for them. We do get a lot of feedback that they appreciate our checking-up messages.
