Hi everyone,
I have made some upgrades to the unit. Will be adding a outside patio table w umbrella/ chairs and a grill.

Please review my "other details to note" section regarding 30 days stay and please let me know, What adjustments should I make that protects me, but doesn't scare the potential guest from accepting my reservation once i approve them?

Any help is much appreciated.
