A guest wants a video to book sounds like a scam.

A guest is asking for a video before they confirm the booking can anyone refer to this request?

Hello @Augustus13

There are many posts on the subject recently here on the Community forum.  Please be aware that these are scammers and you have no idea where the video of your listing will end up.

It's not possible to send a video to a guest anyway via the message system so this person is going to ask you to off platform which is against Airbnb's terms and conditions so my advice would be to reply to this person saying that Airbnb don't allow videos.  I'm pretty sure you won't hear anymore from them after that.

All the best

Thanks Joelle 43. I did just that never heard from theme again.

I want gonna send them a video the person or persons, I suspected they were keep changing their name but still asking some of the same questions which gave me a heads up. I called Airbnb explained the situation they advised me not to send them any video.
