Why is it locked ?

I booked accommodation in Fuerteventura for 6 weeks but moved out after flooding and  by mutual agreement with owner and air BnB confirming there was no more to pay, BnB continually say I am still due balance despite previous advisor closing case and confirming that nothing due. My daughter also gave us a xmas present of £150 voucher that is locked in credit on account..

Previous advisor also agreed no restriction on account so we booked and stayed in other property for 2 weeks in Corrajelo account was locked and they are messaging saying locked due to non payment of initial short cut stay.
