Airbnb link for new guests

Hi There

Is there a link I can send guests new to Airbnb who don't understand that this is home hosting and not a private 5* lodge.
I have new guests expecting a 24 hour service/breakfast/concierge facilities so I would like to tactfully point them to a statement from Airbnb explaining how this works.

I don't really understand how they can pay a quarter of the rate of a private B&B and expect the same services.  This is not my business, just a small garden flat at my home and one would think the price reflects that.

Those guest are useally not reading the listings they book. I by default ask every guest to read all the information and the houserules.

A listing should be clear on what guests can expect (and what not).
