I had my account wrongfully suspended for 90 days after a very quick investigation - fast forward 90 days... And another 2 mo...
My boss wants me to book her business reservations, so I've set up an account using my company email. Her cell number is required for the reservation - the problem is her cell number is already associated with her personal Airbnb account, and I can't complete the reservation process. The system won't even give me the option of changing the phone number I entered.
What's the work-around for this?

Hello @Jennifer3725
Presumably you are using Airbnb for Work to reserve for your boss right? You can associate an existing Airbnb account to the reservation. Just in case, here is a link for reserving business travel on Airbnb:

Thank you Bhumika.
I thought this board was for business reservations. Where will I find the post now?
Thanks again

Ha! Laughing at my own idiocy.
Looking forward to hearing how others have dealt with this issue.
Thanks again.

Hi Jennifer, if you aren't booking through Airbnb for business then essentially you are making a third party booking and that is against Airbnb rules. A lot of hosts will also be concerned about accepting a booking from a profile with no reviews. If your boss has her own Airbnb account with good reviews she would be better off booking her own accommodation.
