Disappointed with Air bnb NOT PROTECTED AS A HOST

Air bnb seem to be excellent at taking their cut but when things go wrong for the host and they find themselves being verbally abused like myself by a certain ** , they do very little . I have been repeatedly d’Issa pointed by the lack of protection Air bnb actually offer 😞

so this woman has been set free on you guys , she has zero reviews and is verbally abusive , I’ve been branded a liar , a cheat , stupid , im going to hell and I’ve bad karma after me !!!!! Wow , all because i forgot to block the dates she selected for June 2024 .

im seriously re thinking this Air bnb affair , I’ve been  a host for 3 years , sometimes even a super host and yet seem completely UNVALUED by Air bnb despite the money im making them , i mean after all there would nit be an Air bnb without us , the user right ?

Hi @Lisa1575 

Sorry to hear about your experience. If you don't want to get bookings for next summer you can change your settings so guests can only book day three or six months ahead.

you can block a guest if they are harrassing you .
