I've had a payment glitch where two payments have debited for one booking. I've provided untold amounts of proof detailing that 4 weeks later there is still no return of funds
They cannot and will not help me. I have exhausted all options including talking to my credit card companies.
I'm UK based is there any recourse available to me in terms of dispute resolutions like regulator or an ombudsman. Everything seems geared towards issues with hosts and nothing towards issues with air b&b itself
