Feature request: emergency booking

Requesting a program is created by Airbnb which hosts can opt into for emergency stays. Same day bookings, especially after 4pm are generally not available depending on host settings. The ability to see potentially available units that may not be clean to accommadate guests that might otherwise be stuck in locations when roads and passes get closed like ski resorts. This would allow a guest to to make a requests on unbooked properties that might be traditionally be blocked out 24-48 hours to ensure it is always clean for guests. Host would get the opportunity to accept, decline, or preface the state of the property prior to acceptance from both parties so that host stats and reviews wouldnt be damaged, but people unnexpectedly stuck overnight in locations would have options on where to stay.

Some hosts enable the Instant Book feature to allow guests to make same-day reservations, but many also set cut-off times. This ensures that the listing is available when the host is able to accommodate guests or meet specific requirements, such as HOA car registration.

This feature can be especially helpful for Airbnb listings categorized as hotels or similar properties that offer 24/7 reception or staff available to assist guests, even during late hours.
