Fraudulent stay booked on my business account

Fraudulent stay booked on my business account

I run a youth soccer club and the nonprofit business bank account was hacked by someone to book a trip on airbnb.  My card number was used.  The club name is on the card and the stay was booked under someone named Juan **.  The trip is not in my airbnb account.  This is obviously a fraudulent transaction.  The worst part is that because it's a business account at the bank that Mr. ** hacked it's not regulated like a personal account, so the bank can not help me.  I've spoke to over 10 airbnb specialists and they are no help.  This money they stole belongs to a youth nonprofit soccer club.  Airbnb should be able to verify that this was fraud very easily. I'm obviously not J** and I don't know anyone by that name. Absolutely ridiculous.  If you are a host or a guest you should be very leary of airbnb's security measures.  The place should have never been allowed to be booked and the host should have been notified immediately the day I called and reported it. Mr. ** was enjoying himself on the very day I caught the fraudulent transaction.  There was obviously no verification process and these people that are trying to help me on airbnb are blowing smoke maybe to see if I'll just drop it. I'm am so over this but I'm not going to stop trying to get my money back.
