We had a guest cancel, and our policy is set to ‘strict’. It’s been more than 48 hours since booking, and the stay is only 6 days away. However it’s shows that we aren’t getting any kind of payment. Wondering why?
@Vincent1203 it may be just a delay but we are only hosts here, same as you , so it seems you must ask Cs or possibly since the guests arrival time has not happened yet it is delayed... H
@Vincent1203 Either the guest has claimed Extenuating Circumstances or it was a fraudulent booking that Airbnb has actually cancelled. I would contact Airbnb and ask them
Turns out AirBnB cancelled it. Still not sure why. So I contacted the guest and had them rebook. Stay went great and got paid. Never had AirBnB cancel a reservation like that out of the blue. The guest was confused also.
