HOW COME AIRBNB HIDES THIR CANCELATION POLICY

WHY CANT AIRBNB HAVE WRITTEN THE WHOLE CANCELLATION POLICY SO THAT IT IS WRITTEN IN BLACK AND WHITE, AND NOT WRITTEN VAGUELY SO THAT THERE IS A QUESTION?

i WILL TELL YOU WHY BECAUSE THEY HIDE THE TRUE CANCELATION POLICY TO CATCH PEOPLE  AND THEN NOT REFUND TH MONEY TO TH CUSTOMERS, AND THEEN THINK OF SOME HARE BRAIN EXCUSE TO SHOW A CANCELATION POLICY,

WHEN I ASKED THEM TO SHOW ME IN BLACK AND WHITE WHAT THE CANCELATION POLICY WAS FOR A CERTAIN PLACE THE SUPPORT PERSON COULD NOT POINT IT OUT AND KEPT REFERRING TO A CHAT THAT WAS WRITTEN TO ME,

I ASKED HIM ((SANTIAGO)) WHERE IS WRITTEN WHAT HE JUST TYPED TO ME,    ****HE COULDN'T BECAUSE IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE ****

THIS IS CALLEED A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @George1881

As mentioned by @Mike-And-Jane0, can you give some more details about what happened?

Hosts have a choice of cancellation policies as detailed here, and as an example I've checked an upcoming booking I have for a stay, and the policy states that I can cancel for free (meaning a full refund) before 3pm on 1st October, or if I cancel before check in on the first day of the stay, I'd get a partial refund only.

If you can let us know more about what's happened here then I'ms sure our members would be happy to give you some advice.

@George1881 what actually happened to you? When guests book a place to stay they are told the date by which they need to cancel for a full refund. Other than this you have a contract to stay in return for paying money.

"Typing in all capital letters is considered unprofessional and downright rude because it is often seen as the equivalent of shouting. It can also be difficult to read and can come across as aggressive or insistent. Additionally, using all capital letters can be difficult to understand, especially when reading long sentences or paragraphs. It is generally considered more appropriate and professional to use proper capitalization and punctuation in written communication." @George1881
